Richard Stuttle travels and paints throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.
Although he was taught in the traditional English watercolourist style by his father, he has progressed over the years to his own interpretation.
He has lived in Australia and has a great love for its landscape, nature and cities. He says, ‘The vivid colours and different tones appeal to my personality. I try to capture some of this life and atmosphere in my work.’
Richard is always on the move and continues to travel the world and paint, making a living by selling his work along the way.
His art captures his undoubted sense of freedom and discovery. As Richard puts it, ‘I embark on my next adventure eyes open ready to embrace the world in front of me.
